What is a channel?
A channel is a place where your OttBot Connect assistant can speak with customers, such as Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, email or your website. Your plan includes a set number of channels.
What is a conversation?
A conversation is a person asking a question and receiving an answer from the bot through OttBot Connect. This can happen on your website, social media or email. Your plan includes a number of conversations each month.
What is a project?
A project is one video you upload to OttBot Vision. Each uploaded video counts as one project in your plan.
What is a collection?
A collection brings together processed videos in OttBot Vision so you can ask questions across them all at once. It is a simple way to keep related videos together.
What are dynamic lists?
A dynamic list in OttBot Data updates itself automatically, based on rules you set, for example everyone who filled in a form last month. As contacts match or stop matching your rules, the list keeps itself up to date without any extra work from you.
What are static lists?
A static list in OttBot Data is a fixed group of contacts you choose yourself, for example everyone invited to an event. It only changes when you manually add or remove people, so it stays exactly as you set it.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, add, remove or upgrade products any time from your account. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, with no penalties.
What happens if I go over my included usage (e.g. conversations)?
Nothing breaks. You’ll be prompted to add a usage pack in whatever increment your plan defines, rather than being cut off or hit with a surprise overage fee.
